The Origin
Noir & Ivory was conceived as an architectural response to the frenetic energy of Soho. We sought to create a vacuum—a place where time slows, sound is dampened, and the focus turns inward to the glass in front of you and the conversation across the table.
The name reflects this duality. Noir represents the intimacy of the night, the dark corners where secrets are kept. Ivory signifies clarity, precision, and the pure execution of a perfect cocktail.

The Craft
Our approach to spirits is deeply analytical. We source rare vintages, clarify juices through centrifuge, and sculpt ice to perfectly match the dimensions of bespoke glassware.
Every ingredient must justify its presence. There are no superfluous garnishes or theatrical distractions—only what serves the flavor profile and enhances the ritual of drinking.
